Brukswhisky is Mackmyra’s core expression, matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon, Swedish oak and Sherry casks. It pops with butterscotch, smoked pepper, spices, toffee, apple pie, pine forest, crispbread, sesame oil, pear, custard creams, summer berries and banana. Unbelievably complex for the money.
