This single pot still, triple distilled, expression is created from a mash of both malted and unmalted barley and aged in Sherry and Bourbon casks. Aged for 21 years, this rare whiskey has taken on immense complexity and roundness and is distinctly unique in flavour profile. Fruity and spicy with a sweet profile, notes of caramel, pepper, apricot and pineapple can all be discerned on a layered lengthy finish.
