A blossom of green tea and fragrant jasmine combining in your cup. China Jasmine Pearl is a speciality of the Fujian Province. At dusk the jasmine flowers open and the blossom is picked. Green tea leaves are then hand-rolled around the petals, forming tiny pearls that unfurl as you steep them for three minutes.
